Financial regulators have clarified that action will be taken against organizations and individuals that do not introduce effective Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing Terrorism (CFT) systems and controls.

Constantly reviewing and improving your AML/CFT policies is also protecting your organizations and critical individuals against criminals, despite the increasingly aggressive actions of regulators.

Assessments and consultancy to Implement new operating models, remediate problems of the past, design and test controls, or transform the culture and capability of the organization through training and awareness is the path to avoid issues due to ALM/CFT. Focus on the improvement of the governance and compliance processes.
